All our units and the cottage are self-catering.
Our farm managers wife runs a small shop on the farm, with a few of the basics available to guests. There is no restaurant on or near the farm.
Check-in time is from 13h00 until 18h00 daily. Departure is before 11h30.
Please enquire should you need to make an exception to the standard arrival and departure times.
We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY inside the cottage and units.
NO PETS ALLOWED on the farm.
All bedding and bath towels are provided.

Eland Cottage (sleeps 6)
Eland Cottage will appeal to those guests who really want to experience the peace and tranquillity of being alone in the bush. Situated away from the other units, Eland Cottage offers spectacular views of the surrounding bush and mountains from both the shaded verandah and the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.
- Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one queen and one double bed
- Sleeps 2 on bunkbed in open plan living area
- Two modern ensuite bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet
- Large stone outside braai
- Fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, two-plate stove and oven, kettle and toaster
- Linen and bath towels are supplied. - Bring own swim towels.
- No smoking allowed inside cottage
- Guests staying in Eland Cottage can make use of the swimming pool in front of the other units
Gemsbok (sleeps 5)
Gemsbok is situated right next door to our other two units, Springbok and Bontebok. This is an ideal unit for a family with two or three kids. Gemsbok offers lovely views of the surrounding bush and mountains from the covered verandah and the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.
- Sleeps 3 in 1 bedroom, one queen and one single bed
- Sleeps 2 on bunkbed in open plan living area

Bontebok (sleeps 2)
Bontebok is situated inbetween our other two units, Gemsbok and Springbok. This is a beautiful bachelor style unit for a couple or single person. Bontebok offers lovely views of the surrounding bush and mountains from the covered verandah and your room.
- Sleeps 2 in open plan living area, queen bed (an extra bed can be added for a small child on request)

Ou Skuur - (Backpackers) (sleeps min. 10 and max. 18) (TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19)
Perfect for backpackers, school groups, teambuilding, or big families who don't mind a backpacker environment.... Comprises of 9 large bunkbeds, kitchen area, 3 male showers with toilets, and 2 female showers with toilets.

Open to all guests staying on Zandkraal.
It is a large enclosed room above Ou Skuur and overlooks the swimming pool area of three of the other units. Comfortable seating, pool table, dart board and board games. Communal outside braai area with seating overlooking swimming pool and beautiful mountains.
